1. Put cold water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Next, place green tea bags in the boiling water and let them boil for five minutes.


2. Place sliced peaches in a second sauce pan of cold water and bring peaches to a boil. Next, pour peaches and water in the pot with the green tea bags.


3. Steep peaches and green tea mixture for six minutes. Next, add honey to the green tea mixture and pour tea into a pitcher. Thoroughly chill the tea in the refrigerator.


4. Serve tea cold in a glass without ice. Garnish with mint and a couple of peach slices. Serve the drink with a spoon.


5. For the best results, drinking green tea should be combine with exercising. For example, take short walks several times a day to keep the blood flowing.
