Keep Programs Running On An Iphone

Run lots of apps, all at once.

The multitasking function on an iPhone lets you keep an application running in the background while you're busy doing other things. Using this function, you can let several applications run at the same time, helping you accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Keeping the programs running is a snap --- the problem is usually remembering to turn them off. Both can be done with just a few taps on the screen.

Instructions

1. Tap an icon on your iPhone's Home screen to open it.

2. Press the "Home" button at the bottom of your iPhone to send that application to the background. It will keep running until you force it to close.

3. Tap another icon to open that application as well.

4. Double-click the "Home" button to show a list of all of the applications you have running. Press and hold your finger to one of those icons until they start to wobble and red circles appear on the top left corners of those icons. Tap those red circles to force the apps to close.
