Find The Percentage Of Weight Lost

Stepping on a scale can deliver good news to someone who is seriously dieting.

Americans are struggling with weight. According to the CDC, obesity percentages are shockingly high. Today, 18.3% of young people under age 29 are obese, as are 27.6% of people between the ages 30 to 40, 30.6% of people between ages 45 to 64 and 64% of people over age 65. Fitness expert Jillian Michaels of NBC's The Biggest Loser, believes those who are attempting to lose those extra pounds need constant motivation. One way is to calculate the percent of weight loss on a regular basis.
