Instantly Improve A Singing Voice

A lovely singing voice is a gift. Some of us have it, some of us don't. Even if you were not born with an amazing voice, there are steps you can take to instantly improve your singing voice. The same methods can also help singers with a great voice sound even better.

Instructions

1. Move your arms slightly away from your body. Raise your arms about 6 inches and relax. This position allows your lungs to fill with more air, causing your voice to be more clear.

2. Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Stand up straight, but do not get stiff. Remain relaxed. Bend your knees a bit and keep your feet flat on the floor. Good posture can help you project your voice stronger.

3. Use the muscles of your diaphragm to control the tone of your voice. The diaphragm is located just below the ribcage.

4. Raise your arms slightly as you hit the high notes. When hitting extremely high notes, close your eyes and tilt your head up.

5. Sing at a comfortable volume. When you sing too quietly, you risk not being able to produce a decent tone. When you sing too loudly, you will produce flat notes and may tense your body.

6. Relax. When your body is tense, it prevents you from producing a steady tone. Do some breathing exercises before you sing.
