Lose As Many Pounds As Possible In 2 Days

1. Go to your local dollar store and purchase a small journal and pen. Also invest in a scale, if you don't have one.

5. Set aside approximately two to three hours each day for exercise. Begin your scheduled exercise time with approximately 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up exercises. Fat Loss Warm Up Before Workout," warming up first helps prevent injuries and will make the actual workout more effective.

6. Rest for about 5 minutes and then move on to the more physical exercises. Since your goal is to lose as many pounds as possible in 2 days naturally, focus on calorie-burning exercises. Some great calorie-burning exercises include swimming, aerobics, walking, jogging, running, jumping rope, jogging/running up and down stairs and kick boxing.


7. Before going to bed, grab your journal and record the total number of calories you ate throughout the day.


8. On the morning of the third day, weigh in to see how much weight you lost.
