Make An Avatar On The Biggest Loser Challenge On The Wii

"

The Biggest Loser" may have become a reality-show icon, but most people will never be invited to lose weight on the Biggest Loser Ranch. You can still learn from Bob and Jillian's expertise by playing the Biggest Loser Challenge game on the Wii. The game designs a personalize workout plan depending on your current weight and fitness level, and allows you to create an avatar that looks like you now and that changes as you lose weight.

Instructions

1. Start Biggest Loser Challenge on your Wii. You will prompted to start a profile. Enter your name. Stand on the balance board to give the game your weight.

2. Allow the game to create a personalized program for you. Do the 30-minute fitness test, allowing the game to judge your fitness level for each of several exercises. This will create a workout schedule that's challenging but not overwhelming for your fitness level.

3. Enter your gender and birth date when asked. The Body Analyzer will launch.

4. Verify your weight, or enter it if you don't have a balance board. Add in your chest, hip and thigh measurements, your height and your target weight.

5. Exercise through a sample workout routine. Decide how long you want to work out each time, and how many days a week. Enter these numbers into the game.

6. Begin a regular workout routine. This is the point where you can personalize your avatar. You will see a generic person on screen with your exact body shape. Customize this avatar's look by changing its hair color, ethnicity, lips, eyes, nose and other features.

7. Access the Body Analyzer each week to update your weight and measurements. Your avatar will change along with you, to reflect the weight you've lost.
