Exercise is sometimes a hard routine to get into but when you get started then you start to feel better and not want to skip it. One of the best ways to get addicted to exercise is start a jogging routine. Here are some tips to get you started.

1. First thing you should do before starting any exercise routine is consult your physician first.


2. Get some good running shoes to run in. This is beneficial. It's not only good for the impact on your body put it will make you want to run more.


3. Stretch you legs and body before starting to run.


4. Start walking first to warm up before starting to jog.


5. Make a goal to work towards and run more everyday. Try to jog a longer distance everyday.


6. Listening to music while you're jogging will help want to jog more. Wearing a mp3 player with headsets that is not too loud so you can hear the noises around you will help you to keep at it longer.
