CrossFit also stresses the importance of stretching.
CrossFit is an exercise system which focuses on developing athletic bodies, as opposed to developing quick bulk or a ripped appearance that lacks practical strength. CrossFit is an excellent workout program for a woman looking to develop an athletic, feminine form that is concerned about potentially developing a man-like build from high-intensity muscle-building focused routines. As the weeks of performing CrossFit routines add up, you will note your body taking on a leaner more feminine look.
Instructions
1. Join a CrossFit friendly gym to perform your exercises, potentially with partners. Many CrossFit routines emphasize speed which can cause behavior frowned upon in non-CrossFit gyms, such as moving quickly between different exercise elements without toweling off between phases.
2. Clear an open space in your home, if performing CrossFit from home.
3. Check the CrossFit exercises list to see what kind of equipment you will require to complete the routines, as well as suggestions for replacement workouts for exercises you do not have access to proper equipment for.
4. Visit the gym for a period of three days, then take a day off, to take part in CrossFit at the gym. CrossFit includes three days of working out followed by a rest day, then a new cycle of three days and a rest day, and so on.
5. Check the CrossFit website every day to see your daily workout, if performing CrossFit on your own at home. If you know you will have to be doing several substitution workouts, perform CrossFit one to two days behind to give yourself time to make accommodations for your upcoming exercise days. For example, If it is Friday, check the Wednesday exercise routine, then do Thursday on Saturday, Friday on Sunday and so on.
6. Record your results. When a routine is listed, the date for the prior two repetitions is also given, so you can compare and see your growth.
7. Share your results for the day on the CrossFit post for the exercise you performed. CrossFit promotes an active community for moral support.
